I just wanted everyone to know that we will be offering the WIC – Women In Control Class on April 17th at 9am. If you would like to take this class please pre-register so that I can ensure you a spot in the class. I will only be taking 12 spots for this class. Women’s Self Defense Aug. 8th

I just wanted everyone to know that if you missed the last Women In Control class that we will be starting a new 4 week class next Saturday August 8th. The class meets on Saturday mornings at 9 am and runs for 1 hour each week. For more information check out the Women’s Defense page on our website or email me at shannon@xfactorbjj.com. Please send me an email if you’re planning on attending so I will know how many people to expect.

Women In Control (June 20th 9am)

I just wanted everyone to know that I will be starting a new “Women In Control” class next Saturday the 20th at 9am. If you’re interested the class will run for four weeks (skipping the 4th of July weekend). You will learn a lot of practical self-defense against that can be used to save your life.
