Dear Friends,

We will be offering another Women In Control (WIC) class on March 2nd and 9th from 6-8 pm. We will have the class in my training room at 3704 Meadow Bluff Ct., Sachse, TX 75048. This class will teach women and girls 13+ situational awareness and defensive/offensive tacktics that will help them be prepared in the case of an attack. I’m offering the class to parents of students and teachers at a discounted rate of $75. The regular price is $100. Most of the ladies that take this class with Terra and I don’t realize the information that we teach them. I just wanted everyone to know that if you missed the last Women In Control class that we will be starting a new 4 week class next Saturday August 8th. The class meets on Saturday mornings at 9 am and runs for 1 hour each week. For more information check out the Women’s Defense page on our website or email me at shannon@xfactorbjj.com. If you’re interested the class will run for four weeks (skipping the 4th of July weekend). You will learn a lot of practical self-defense against that can be used to save your life.
