I just wanted everyone to know that if you missed the last Women In Control class that we will be starting a new 4 week class next Saturday August 8th. The class meets on Saturday mornings at 9 am and runs for 1 hour each week. For more information check out the Women’s Defense page on our website or email me at shannon@xfactorbjj.com.
