Women In Control (April 17th)
I just wanted everyone to know that we will be offering the WIC – Women In Control Class on April 17th at 9am. If you would like to take this class please pre-register so that I can ensure you a spot in the class. I will only be taking 12 spots for this class. Christmas Schedule
I just wanted everyone to know that I’ve updated the schedule on the calendar. Basically we will be off on Christmas eve and Christmas day as well as New Year’s eve and New Year’s day. All classes that don’t fall on those days will be the same. I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas.

Thanksgiving Schedule
I just wanted to make sure that everyone knew that we will be closed W-F this week for Thanksgiving. We will be open and running regular schedule today (Tuesday) and Saturday. I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving.
